well, forever. I grew up in a house filled with cats and have spent decades learning to understand their unique personalities, quirks, and needs.

After my cats Sadie and Milkshake crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021—less than a month apart—I found my way into fostering with Paws + Claws Cat Rescue in Evanston (pictured here is my foster, Paradise Valley). Since then, I’ve fostered over a dozen kittens and cats, each with their own temperament and care requirements. This hands-on experience has deepened my ability to read feline body language, respect boundaries, and provide the patient, personalized care every cat deserves.

As a Fear Free® certified professional and cat photographer, I’m dedicated to creating calm, low-stress experiences—whether I’m visiting your cat at home or working with them during a photo session. I understand that cats thrive on routine and familiarity, which is why I’m committed to maintaining their schedule and making them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

When I’m not caring for cats, you’ll find me teaching and performing music, exploring nature with my camera, or volunteering through HeaARTs Speak to support local animal shelters.
