Cat Sitting FAQ for Evanston Pet Parents

How often will you visit my cat while I’m away?

Most cats do best with daily visits, though some benefit from two visits a day or longer check-ins. I’ll help you choose a schedule based on your cat’s age, health, and routine.

Do you stay overnight with cats?

Yes, overnight and extended visits are available for cats who need additional care, companionship, or monitoring. Availability may vary, so it’s best to book in advance.

Will my cat be stressed if I’m not home?

Staying in their own home is usually far less stressful for cats than boarding. Familiar smells, routines, and surroundings help most cats feel secure while their people are away.

Can you give medication or care for senior cats?

I’m experienced with medications and senior cat care, and I’ll always discuss your cat’s specific needs before confirming a booking.

Do you provide cat sitting in areas outside of Evanston, Wilmette, Skokie and West Rogers Park?

For extended and overnight stays, I will consider traveling within 20 miles of Evanston. Feel free to reach out to discuss this option.
