What's not to love about cats?
Warm laps, looong whiskers, paper bag antics,"I see a bird" chirps, velvet bellies, head butts, making biscuits, fluffy tails, impromptu laptop naps, sandpaper licks, musical purrs, dependable alarm clocks . . .
I've been fascinated with felines since . . . well, forever, and of course, grew up in a house filled with cats. I even wanted to be that "crazy cat lady" who lived down the road with a zillion cats (decades later, I've yet to be a cat guardian to more than 3 cats at one time). My lifetime of cat experience with kittens to seniors, more cat-than dog purr-sonality, and patience in spades enables me to connect with most every cat I meet. I look forward to spending time with yours while you are at work, out + about or globe trotting, and providing you with peace of mind that your beloved cat is home, safe and sound.
A wee more about me: I'm a full time teacher, musician and published fine art and pet photographer. A proud member of HeARTs Speak, I donate photography and musical services to Chicago area animal rescues. I'm also in my fourth year of fostering with Paws + Claws Chicago Rescue in Evanston (a few of my fosters are pictured below!)
